Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and ambitious fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience to join our Business Development team. This role is a great opportunity to learn the ropes of sales, client engagement, and marketing solutions in a fast-growing industry. You will be the face of RewardPort, introducing our loyalty and reward solutions to potential clients, building relationships, and helping us grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and update records in CRM tools.
• Assist in market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
• Build strong working relationships with prospects and ensure follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation, meetings scheduled, and revenue contribution.

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing (B2B preferred, but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and willing to learn.
• Ability to think creatively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with LinkedIn outreach is a plus.
• Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field (MBA/PGDM)
