Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct daily calls with client leads and engage in conversations with HR representatives of prospective companies.
Effectively present and pitch the company’s services to HR personnel.
Use the official company email ID to send personalized emails to HR representatives.
Follow up consistently with HR contacts to ensure timely responses and reminders.
Draft quotations and agreements based on client requirements.
Generate leads using platforms such as Google Maps, LinkedIn feed, Naukri, and Indeed job portal.
Schedule meetings with HR teams to understand their recruitment needs and present company solutions.

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Persistence and consistency in client follow-ups.
Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Familiarity with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Adaptability to different working environments.
