Universal PSR Compliance LLP is a leading compliance & regulatory consulting firm offering services such as EPR Authorization, BIS Certification, WPC, TEC, CDSCO, FSSAI, Company Registration, and other statutory approvals. We are expanding and looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who has a strong background in selling compliance and certification solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities specifically in EPR, BIS, WPC, TEC, CDSCO, FSSAI, Company Registration, and other compliance services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored compliance solutions.
Handle the full business development cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare business growth reports.
Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Educational Background: BBA, MBA, B.Com, or equivalent.
Must have experience in compliance/certification services (EPR, BIS, FSSAI, Company Registration, or related fields).
Strong understanding of regulatory approval processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the compliance consulting industry.
Ability to work independently and build long-term client relationships.
