Business Development Executive/Senior BDE


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for company products and solutions
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Present and demonstrate company products to prospective clients
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for product positioning
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in

    product sales / IT product selling / SaaS sales/Staffing

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment


Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling software, cloud solutions, or digital products
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and online sales platforms
