Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Afterconcepts, you will play a crucial role in driving outbound sales for hardware product development services, including industrial design, engineering, and turnkey solutions in the international market. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, such as CXOs and Product Heads. - Researching target industries and executing outbound sales strategies to engage North American prospects. - Managing the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, pitching, proposal, and closing deals. - Collaborating with design, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on solution architecture. - Utilizing CRM tools to build a pipeline, report outreach metrics, win rates, and revenue forecasts. Qualifications & Requirements: - 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in outbound/hunting roles. - Prior experience in selling hardware product development, industrial design, prototyping, or similar engineering services. - Experience working with or selling into North American markets is highly desirable. - Strong communication skills, fluent professional English, and the ability to understand nuanced product/tech requirements. - Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho, Pipedrive, etc., and maintaining strong data hygiene in sales reporting. - A Bachelor's degree in engineering, design, or related field is a plus. In terms of compensation, you can expect an accelerated commission structure starting at 3% of closed revenue with no cap, along with a performance bonus in the form of an Onboarding Success Bonus upon closing early deals. The work environment at Afterconcepts is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a preference for team proximity. Full remote work may be considered for highly experienced candidates with a proven international market sales track record.
