Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Afterconcepts, your role involves identifying and developing relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, executing outbound sales strategies, and managing the full sales lifecycle. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on solution architecture and utilize CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers at target companies. - Research target industries and execute outbound sales strategies for North American prospects. - Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, proposal, and close. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on solution architecture. - Utilize CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting. Qualifications & Requirements: - 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in outbound/hunting roles. - Prior experience in selling hardware product development, industrial design, or similar engineering services. - Experience in selling into North American markets is highly desirable. - Strong communication skills and ability to understand technical requirements. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting. - Bachelor's degree in engineering, design, or related field is a plus. In terms of compensation, you will have an accelerated commission structure starting at 3% of closed revenue with no cap. Additionally, there is a Performance Bonus offered upon closing early deals, the terms of which will be discussed during final interviews.
