Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through various sources such as online research, social media, and field activities.
Call on leads, share company information, and follow up until closure.
Coordinate with the Reporting Manager to take leads to the next stage and help in final closure.
Work with internal Business and Wellness Teams to set up canopies or promotional activities at client locations.
Collect and record leads generated from field activities and events.
Maintain and update MIS reports and ensure all leads are properly entered in the CRM system.
Explore social media and local market areas to identify potential business opportunities.
Support in organizing marketing and wellness events at client sites.
Provide regular updates and reports on lead progress to the Reporting Manager.
Preferable Female Candidate

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email handling).
Ability to make outbound calls confidently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team and meet daily/weekly targets.
