Business Development Executive

A renowned manufacturing and service provider company is hiring BDE for Jamshedpur, Kolkata and Odisha location.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries, leads, and client communication through calls, emails.
• Generate new business opportunities through research, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Follow up on pending payments, contracts, and renewals.
• Support sales teams by providing necessary data, quotations, reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Participate in site visits/client visits.
• Coordinating with operations, logistics, and finance teams for smooth service delivery.
• Assist in client onboarding and post sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis for management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and travel to project sites as required.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields) . MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or client relationship management. Experience in industrial products/services or B2B sales is a plus.
