ORAIYAN GROUPS KEY RESULT AREA: Business Development Executive Your Job Description is as follows: 1. Develop contacts, leads, customers & network. 2. Handle calls with customers, explain about our projects & sale available project (plot/Villament). 3. Follow up & engage with customers for sales.. 4. Participate in site visits during Sunday for launch & invite customers for booking of plots. 5. Handle customer queries smoothly, requirements during calls & visits. 6. Understand the project details & collect the relevant information from each project. 7. Handle every customer with care, polite & ensure customer is satisfied in our service. 8. Appoint new channel partners / SM to increase the sales. 9. Escalate any sensitive issues to senior / Management. 10. Participate in events & support the team. 11. Prepare monthly report Any other job requirements on need-based and as per the Management decision
