Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience looking to start or grow their career in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.)

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Reach out to potential clients, present company offerings, and follow up on leads.

Schedule and conduct meetings or product demos for prospective clients.

Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and pipeline status.

Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Support in developing sales and marketing strategies.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

0 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or related role (internships count).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Internship or project experience in sales or marketing.

Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales processes.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends.
