Business Development Executive

Job Title:

Sales Professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  outbound/inbound sales calls

  and convert leads into customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
  
• Meet or exceed

  weekly/monthly sales targets

  .
• Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline.
  
• Use CRM tools to manage and track leads, calls, and conversions.
  
• Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Work collaboratively with team leads and managers to optimize sales processes.
  
• Adhere to shift schedules and maintain punctuality.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience

  in hardcore sales or lead conversion (BPO, Tele-sales, or Direct Sales preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to handle rejections and objections.
  
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  
• Comfortable working in

  rotational shifts

  and a

  6-day work week

  .
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
