Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop client accounts for Non-IT staffing needs across industries like BPO, admin, sales, support, etc.Build long-term relationships with HR and procurement teams.Generate leads, schedule calls, and present tailored staffing solutions.Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of profiles.Maintain lead status, feedback, and performance reports in CRM systems.
