Telesales / Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Make

    outbound calls

    to prospective customers
  • Generate leads and conduct timely follow-ups
  • Present and explain company services professionally
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
  • Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up reports

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in Telesales, Inside Sales, or BDE
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
