Job Overview:

Lymax Learnings is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students, explaining our courses, and converting inquiries into enrollments. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide course-related information.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
• Follow up with potential leads to maximize conversions.
• Maintain records of conversations and update CRM/database.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience in education field is a plus
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.
