Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and convert potential clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored proposals
• Achieve monthly/quarterly business growth targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a Software Development Agency
• Proven track record of successful bidding and client acquisition on freelance platforms
• Strong knowledge of lead generation, outreach, and sales funnels
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Business and Account Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
