Business Development Executive - Logistics & Freight Services

You will be working as a Business Development Executive in the Logistics & Freight Services industry for Sky Ocean Logistics, a global company with a focus on air, ocean, and land freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and supply chain solutions. Operating from the UAE head office, your role will involve identifying new sales opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding the market presence of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business prospects within the logistics and freight forwarding sector - Generate leads and diligently follow up with potential clients - Manage client relationships to ensure recurring business engagements - Create competitive quotations, proposals, and service presentations - Collaborate with internal logistics and operations teams for seamless service delivery - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint growth opportunities - Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives - Maintain accurate client and lead data in the CRM system - Assist in marketing and branding initiatives when required Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate or Diploma holder, preferably in Logistics, Business, or related fields - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities - Customer-centric approach with a focus on sales - Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain procedures - Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM platforms Experience: - Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply - Previous experience in sales or logistics/freight forwarding is advantageous Additionally, the salary for this position will be determined based on your performance during the interview and overall profile.
