Job Summary: Business Development Executive As a Business Development Executive at [Company Name], you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our recruitment consultancy. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals, and hiring managers within various industries. Understand client recruitment needs, provide tailored solutions, and develop strategies to meet their talent acquisition goals. Sales & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the consultancy's services and value proposition. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring long-term client satisfaction. Market Analysis & Strategy: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Provide feedback and market insights to the senior management team to adjust strategies as needed. Implement business development strategies to increase the companys visibility and expand its client base. Collaboration with Recruitment Teams: Work closely with recruitment consultants and account managers to ensure alignment between client needs and talent delivery. Support the recruitment team in candidate sourcing and placement efforts to fulfil client requirements. Ensure seamless communication between clients and the recruitment team for timely and effective service delivery. Networking & Brand Promotion: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the companys brand and reputation. Represent the company in a professional manner, building strong relationships with industry stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships. Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
