Job Description

Client Engagement

  • Welcome and guide visitors at the showroom or factory, ensuring a positive brand experience.
  • Present product offerings effectively, helping customers choose the right solutions.
  • Share detailed quotations with clarity on pricing, timelines, and terms.
  • Coordinate order processing—from inquiry to dispatch—and assist clients post-delivery for smooth installation.
  • Collect feedback to improve service and strengthen customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation activities such as social media, branding, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain updated records of all meetings, client communications, and inquiries in a structured format.

Sales Enablement & Support

  • Regularly visit dealer stores and interact with on-ground sales teams to provide training and updates.
  • Assist showroom operations and extend support to the Customer Experience Specialist whenever required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,765.29 - ₹33,871.22 per month
