Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
  • Acquire new customers and achieve assigned revenue targets
  • Conduct a minimum of

    2 client meetings per week

  • Understand client requirements related to Income Tax, TDS, and GST
  • Coordinate with the Product Team for technical or solution-related queries
  • Maintain and update daily activities in CRM
  • Track competitor products and pricing
  • Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum

    3 years of sales experience

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Comfortable with remote working tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in

    software or IT sales

  • Direct/B2B sales experience
  • MBA or Post-Graduation (optional)
  • Knowledge of regional/local language (Mandatory)

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Female candidates only
  • Permanent resident of Mumbai Suburb

Other Requirements

  • Laptop and stable internet connection
  • Availability for online training (45 days)
  • Periodic visits to Jaipur Head Office (training & review purposes)
