Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential founders and startups through LinkedIn, referrals, events, and databases.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to enrollment confirmation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and follow up regularly.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with marketing and community teams for lead generation activities.
  • Share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer inputs with the sales team.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 1 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in startups, ed-tech, or inside sales preferred.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and LinkedIn.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented.
