About the job: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with existing and potential customers, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of packaging machinery and excellent selling skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging machinery industry. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. 3. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. 5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers. 6. Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets. 7. Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends. 8. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 8. Fluent in English (written and verbal). 9. BTech - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with CRM software and sales tools. 2. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards. 3. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control procedures. About Company: We are a startup of fashion jewelry and handbags. As of now, we are selling products through e-commerce portals.
