Actively engage in direct outreach to prospects, initiating conversations and identifying their needs and challenges. Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients through personalized communication and consistent follow-up. Foster enduring relationships with clients through personalized communication and consistent follow-up, leveraging insights gained from cold calls. Customize solutions to address the unique needs and objectives of prospective clients, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges. Strategically schedule and coordinate outreach efforts, arranging discussions and appointments between potential clients and account managers. Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and project execution. Efficiently schedule and manage outreach efforts, coordinating meetings and discussions between potential clients and the relevant account managers. Maintain detailed records of all outbound lead interactions, including cold calls, follow-ups, and meetings, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and meeting outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using these insights to refine outreach strategies and improve results. Continuously work towards exceeding sales targets by generating qualified leads through proactive outreach. What do we expect from you?- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
