About the job: Job details: 1. Location: Delhi 2. Experience: 1-2 years Key Responsibilities: A. Client management & communication: 1. Oversee daily progress on client projects to ensure timelines and expectations are met 2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their requirements 3. Educate clients about Graff Inkorp's art projects, processes, and creative concepts to ensure alignment with their vision 4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns promptly and effectively B. Sales & lead management: 1. Contact potential leads to introduce Graff Inkorp's artistic services and ensure they understand our creative process 2. Guide leads through the sales funnel, nurturing them from inquiry to closure 3. Close sales calls by managing all aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and client satisfaction C. Proposal & presentation creation: 1. Develop customized proposals that align with each client's unique needs and project goals 2. Create engaging presentations that effectively communicate Graff Inkorp's creative solutions D. Project tracking & reporting: 1. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress, project stages, and next steps 2. Provide regular updates to both clients and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination 3. Prepare clear reports summarizing project timelines, milestones, and outcomes Skills & qualifications: 1. 1-2 years of experience in client management, sales, or business development 2. A strong understanding of art concepts, design, or creative projects is preferred 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail 5. Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and proposals 6.
