Business Development Executive - IT Service based Company

Job Description

Codonnier Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong focus on Upwork bidding and IT sales . The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT services, be fluent in client communication, and possess the ability to identify and generate business opportunities through freelancing platforms, especially Upwork. Key Responsibilities: Actively bid on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to acquire new clients. Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and negotiate with clients. Maintain client relationships and follow up for ongoing and future projects. Collaborate with the technical team to align client expectations with deliverables. Track and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and identify potential new business opportunities. Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and manage CRM tools effectively. Requirements: 6 months to3 year of experience in IT sales or Upwork bidding. Strong communication and written English skills. Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms. Understanding of IT services like Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX, etc. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of tools like Trello, Slack, MS Office, or Google Workspace is a plus.
