About the Role:
Techflux Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our IT Sales team. This role is perfect for freshers eager to start their career in sales and business development within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients for IT services.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and present appropriate IT solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Requirements:

• Freshers only (No prior experience required; training will be provided).
• Graduate in any discipline (IT background preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services is a plus.
• Nashik-based candidates preferred (in-person role).
