The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client communication, and supporting the growth of our business through strategic outreach and proposal handling. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, and networking. Manage client inquiries, maintain regular follow-ups, and build long-term relationships. Draft and send professional emails and proposals to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with delivery capabilities. Stay updated with industry trends, services, and competitive positioning. Identify bidding opportunities and assist in proposal submissions (bidding experience is a plus). Required Skills: Proven experience in lead generation and client handling. Strong written and verbal communication in English. Basic knowledge of IT services and the tech industry. Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently. Proficiency in using communication and documentation tools (e.g., email, Excel, CRMs). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience with online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr (preferred but not mandatory).
