Business Development Executive

As a Lead Generation Executive at Interiosplash, your role involves visiting new and ongoing luxury construction sites to collect customer data for luxury interior projects. You will interact with builders, site supervisors, and other key contacts to gather necessary information. Your key responsibilities will include: - Consistently meeting or exceeding a daily target of collecting at least 50 customer contact numbers from affluent clients or luxury project stakeholders. - Accurately recording all collected data, such as customer names, phone numbers, and project details, focusing on identifying potential high-end interior work opportunities. - Providing daily reports on your field activities, detailing the high-end sites visited, contacts made, and data collected. - Developing and maintaining professional relationships with builders and professionals involved in luxury construction to ensure a steady flow of leads. - Keeping up-to-date with new high-end construction projects and market trends in the luxury real estate sector. - Collaborating closely with the inside sales team to facilitate the handover of leads for further follow-up and sales conversion.
