This is a full-time role (Hybrid/Office-based depending on requirement). The role involves contacting potential clients, presenting SwasthAham’s services, generating leads, and facilitating smooth conversions through clear and persuasive communication.Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠1. Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers
• ⁠ ⁠Explain services, wellness programs, and membership benefits in a clear and persuasive manner
• ⁠ ⁠Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication until conversion
• ⁠ ⁠Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and interactions in the CRM system
• ⁠ ⁠Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align outreach with campaigns
• ⁠ ⁠Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
