Business Development Executive HORECA

As a Business Development Executive (HORECA) at Sealand, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth in the Wayanad region by developing and expanding Sealands presence in the HORECA segment. Your role will involve identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, and retail kitchens. It will be crucial for you to achieve monthly sales targets, ensure customers align with delivery schedules, and maintain minimum order volumes to guarantee steady volume growth and brand visibility in the area. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and expand Sealands presence in the Wayanad HORECA segment. - Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, and retail kitchens. - Achieve monthly sales targets. - Ensure customers align with delivery schedules and minimum order volumes. Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, frozen foods, or HORECA sales. - Strong local network in Wayanads foodservice industry. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset. - Willingness to travel within the region. - Language proficiency in Malayalam (must), English/Hindi (added advantage).
