Business Development Executive – HORECA (Wayanad) About Us Sealand, established in Dubai in 2006 and expanded across Saudi Arabia & Kuwait, is now in India with nearly 20 years of expertise in frozen foods. We specialise premium frozen foods serving hotels, restaurants, and caterers with export-grade quality. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (HORECA) to drive growth in Wayanad . This role is responsible for building strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and caterers, ensuring steady volume growth and brand visibility in the region. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand Sealand’s presence in the Wayanad HORECA segment. Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, and retail kitchens. Achieve monthly sales targets Ensure customers align with delivery schedules and minimum order volumes. What We’re Looking For Graduate with 1–3 years experience in FMCG, frozen foods, or HORECA sales. Strong local network in Wayanad’s foodservice industry. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset. Willingness to travel within the region. Language: Malayalam (must), English/Hindi (added advantage).
