Role Overview

Business Development Executive (HORECA)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Sealand’s presence in the Wayanad HORECA segment.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, and retail kitchens.
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Ensure customers align with delivery schedules and minimum order volumes.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate with 

  1–3 years experience

   in FMCG, frozen foods, or HORECA sales.
• Strong local network in Wayanad’s foodservice industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Language: Malayalam (must), English/Hindi (added advantage).
