Company Overview:

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, and email outreach.
  • Target potential clients (SMBs, startups, entrepreneurs) from USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
  • Understand project requirements and qualify leads (web apps, mobile apps, SaaS, etc.).
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team.
  • Maintain CRM records and lead status reports.
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation KPIs.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in

    B2B lead generation

    for software/IT services.
  • Familiarity with tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Clutch, CRM (HubSpot/Zoho).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Strong research skills to identify decision-makers and relevant businesses.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Incentives:

  • 500 1,000 per qualified lead
  • 3% 5% commission on closed deals
