Business Development Executive (Hindi Language) – Male/Female ✨

Location: Chennai (On-site/Field Role)
Language Requirement: Hindi (fluency required), English (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships

• Conduct market research and analysis

• Prepare and present business proposals and presentations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth strategies

• Maintain CRM data and track business metrics

• Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• Any graduate with 2 - 5 years’ experience in business development/sales (freshers with great energy and enthusiasm will also be considered!)

• Fluent in Hindi; proficiency in English is an advantage

• Highly positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Friendly, self-driven, and team-oriented
