Business Development Executive - Gold Loan

As a Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve conducting market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs. You will be responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, existing customers, and leads provided by the Bank. Your main tasks will include planning and carrying out sales and marketing activities in the assigned areas/markets, organizing meetings with potential clients to evaluate their needs, and achieving sales of products and services offered by the Bank. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, existing customers, and leads provided by the Bank - Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities in the assigned areas/markets - Organize meetings with potential clients to evaluate their needs and achieve sales of products and services of the Bank - Assist branches in planning and conducting customer meets - Participate in exhibitions and other local events on behalf of the Bank, with the objective of promoting the brand, products, and services - Collaborate with teams/branches to achieve optimum results - Identify and utilize opportunities for cross-selling other retail products and services of the Bank Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales and marketing - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively in a team - Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus Overall, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company by identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the brand and services of the Bank.,
