Business Development Executive FMCG

As a Business Development Executive at Dr.WELLNESSON, your role will involve expanding the retail footprint, driving sales, and building long-term relationships with store owners and distributors. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, onboard, and manage new retail outlets, supermarkets & premium wine marts. - Conduct product sampling, in-store activations & promotional campaigns. - Hire, train, and manage on-ground brand promoters for product visibility. - Maintain store-level dashboards (sales, inventory, placement, and promoter performance). - Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and marketing teams. - Work on CRM tools, Excel reports, and contribute to market research and competitor tracking. Qualification Required: - MBA (Marketing specialization preferred, 2022 onwards). - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory). - Prior internship or exposure to FMCG sales preferred. - Passionate, self-driven, and ready for on-field work. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
