Business Development Executive (Female Candidate Preferred - Dwarka, Delhi - Onsite)

eDarpan is Bharat’s digital mirror for Tech Product Talent acquisition. We're expanding our partner/client base in HR Consulting domain, and looking for dynamic Business Development Executives who can bring in results.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and contact potential clients across sectors (Tech Companies primarily looking to Hire Talent).
• Pitch eDarpan’s services and offerings over phone/WhatsApp/email/in-person.
• Follow up, build relationships, and close deals for client hiring requirements or listings.
• Ensure documentation and onboarding of each client is completed smoothly.
• Share daily reports via WhatsApp or CRM tools.

Who Should Apply:

• Someone with 0.6–3 years of experience in BD, recruitment sales, or agency tie-ups.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident in cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, and meeting targets.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision and focused on real output.

Bonus (Not Mandatory):

• Prior experience in hiring/sales/recruitment services.
• Local travel for client meetings (Conveyance allowance will be provided by us).

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Dashrath puri, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
