As our Business Development Executive, you will be the key driver in establishing and nurturing distributor partnerships across India. Your dynamic role will include:

• Identifying and shortlisting the ideal distributor leads nationwide.
• Engaging distributors to assess their market potential and distributor capability.
• Conducting on-site visits across regions to finalize exclusive distributor partnerships.
• Generating enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and skillfully negotiating deals.
• Ensuring timely follow-up to secure orders and maintaining robust communication channels.
• Coordinating order processing with suppliers and overseeing payment cycles.
• Managing logistics including shipment and delivery to ensure a seamless supply chain flow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales industry
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ready to visit customers for understanding market needs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
