Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at our Ranchi location. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and account management. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing strategic plans to drive business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication skills to engage with potential clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to create and implement effective business strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the industrial, hospitality, or IT sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
