Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements in detail.
Identify and recommend suitable service providers/vendors from the TatvaOps network.
Present curated options to clients, negotiate terms, and ensure alignment.
Act as the POC for the client from enquiry to project closure, ensuring smooth communication.
Monitor project progress, resolve escalations, and ensure milestones are met.
Drive lead generation through networking, field visits, and relationship management.
Represent TatvaOps at events, expos, and client meetings.
Provide regular pipeline and status updates to the leadership team.

Preferred candidate profile

3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
Exposure to real estate, interiors, or service aggregation platforms is an added advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure end-to-end project execution.
A go-getter attitude with a hustlers mindset; thrives in startup environments.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to deliver under tight timelines.
Must own a laptop and two-wheeler for field activities.
Street-smart, proactive, and highly target-driven.
Ability to think on feet and solve client problems effectively.
