The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, counseling students about our courses, and driving admissions. This is a high-growth role suitable for someone passionate about education and sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries. Provide detailed information about courses, career prospects, and admission procedures. Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure conversion. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Participate in promotional events, seminars, or webinars to generate leads. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred). 0–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English). Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic personality. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
