Business Development Executive – Education Sales

The ideal candidate will be confident engaging with job seekers and students to guide them on their career journey. They should be persuasive, self-motivated, and capable of handling sales conversations from introduction to conversion. A strong understanding of career planning, education sales, or placement-related services will be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Build meaningful relationships with prospective students and job seekers
• Pitch job-oriented training programs, interview preparation plans, and career services
• Promote admissions for management colleges across Kolkata
• Track and document each lead interaction via internal trackers
• Forward qualified leads to the internal support team for conversion
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with high-potential leads
• Meet monthly conversion and performance targets (incentive-driven)

Qualifications:

• Undergraduates and graduates are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in sales, counselling, edtech, or career services preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and follow-up abilities
• Must own a laptop/desktop with reliable internet

Compensation:

• Commission-only role — no fixed salary
