About the Role
Mahindra Solarize is expanding its clean energy footprint across Kerala, and we are looking for dynamic and self-driven individuals to join our Business Development Team in Ernakulam and Idukki. This is a ground-level role offering hands-on training, market exposure, and immense growth opportunities within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential residential and commercial customers for solar rooftop systems
Conduct site visits, explain product benefits, and assist with basic technical queries (training will be provided)
Follow up on leads, generate new business, and support in closing sales
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure post-sale support coordination
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to meet monthly targets

What We’re Looking For
0–1 year of experience in sales, field marketing, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
Basic understanding of solar/renewable energy (preferred but not mandatory)
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally
Energetic, responsible, and goal-oriented personality

Education
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any stream
Freshers with a passion for sales and clean energy are encouraged to apply
