Role OverviewWe are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team. This is a 100% field sales role focused on driving merchant acquisition and product adoption for PhonePe smart devices, including smart speakers and payment scanners. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to identify, meet, and onboard new merchants to the PhonePe network. Explain product features, benefits, and usage to merchants for better adoption of PhonePe devices. Sell PhonePe smart speakers and scanners to merchants and small businesses. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate sales data and customer records. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Graduates are also welcome). Experience: 3–6 months of prior experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, or B2B/B2C sales preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must own a bike and valid driving license (mandatory). Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
