Job Description

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

2 Answer questions about products or the company

3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

4. Take and process orders in an accurate manner

5. Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation

6. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Experience:

1. Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role

2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

3. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. MS excel, Google sheets) and telephone systems

4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

5. Excellent knowledge of English

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

8. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
