Job Description

  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and property owners.
  • Conduct site visits and property tours with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties accordingly.
  • Close sales through effective negotiation and follow-up.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales and field sales (1–2 years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of local property markets and real estate trends.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
