Business Development Executive - Digital Transformation We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and drive our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital technologies, business strategy, and have experience in identifying new business opportunities that drive innovation and improve organizational efficiency. The role will require collaboration with key stakeholders to align digital transformation goals with business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Experience: 5 to 7 years experience Location: Navi Mumbai Role Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within digital transformation solutions. Develop and implement strategies to expand the company s presence in the digital transformation space. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations. Identify market trends and customer needs to create tailored digital transformation solutions. Sales and Client Acquisition: Manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, including proposals, presentations, and negotiations. Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored presentations and sales collateral for digital transformation services. Define customer needs and match them with the company s digital solutions to create customized offerings. Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative selling by understanding client pain points and providing expert advice on how digital transformation can solve those challenges. Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and expectations. Market Research and Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the digital transformation sector. Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for new digital solutions and products. Keep abreast of emerging digital technologies and how they can impact business models, operations, and client needs. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to deliver integrated digital transformation solutions. Engage with external partners, vendors, and consultants to leverage additional expertise and offerings. Foster long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (Master s degree preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or management within digital transformation, technology, or IT services. Strong understanding of digital technologies such as PLC, SCADA, MES, IIoT, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and data analytics. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, clients, and partners. Knowledge of digital transformation trends and their impact on manufacturing industries. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Experience with CRM systems and sales tools. Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies. Prior experience in consulting or managing digital transformation projects.
