Business Development Executive, Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities: - Procure business from Pharma, FMCG, Agro, and Cosmetics sectors - Develop, forecast, and close opportunities accurately - Quickly grasp client needs and lead revenue opportunities - Manage risks and escalate issues when necessary - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and capitalize on opportunities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Strong communication skills - Working knowledge of flexo, prepress, and printing processes related to packaging applications - 3-4 years of experience in innovation roles, new business development, or strategic selling - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time As part of your job responsibilities, you will handle customer queries, dispatch schedules, and coordinate with the production department. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
