As a Business Development Executive at Craftech 360, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to ensure continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Develop and implement effective strategies to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges while offering innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Work with creative and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations based on client requirements. Clearly articulate the value of our services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead client negotiations and close deals that align with both client needs and company goals. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use insights to guide strategic decisions and refine business development approaches.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with prior experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in marketing, advertising, or the creative industry) are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with a detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
