Job Description

We are Hiring for Business Development Executive with having 3 to 5 years of experience in business development within the construction sector is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and market research.
Develop new business opportunities by building relationships with existing customers and identifying referral sources.
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide solutions using company products/services.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and payments.

Candidate Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech in
Civil Engineering
(mandatory).
Preferred Qualification:

MBA in Construction Management
(NICMAR / RICS School of Built Environment preferred) or other reputed institutes.
Candidates with prior experience in
inspection agencies or PMC
will be
highly preferred
.

Should possess strong communication, client coordination, and proposal handling skills.
