Spaceey Infotech Pvt Ltd is the India partner of Shree GmbH, Switzerland — the exclusive distributor for the Cobagin®️ range of topical therapeutics and wellness products across Europe and now India. We are expanding our presence in the Indian healthcare and cosmeceutical market and seek a dynamic Business Development Executive to lead our India operations setup and growth.


Key Responsibilities


*Regulatory Coordination*

Liaise with regulatory consultants and CDSCO for product registration and import approvals.

Prepare and manage documentation for regulatory filings and product import licensing.

Coordinate with laboratories, agents, and authorities for dossier submissions and follow-ups.

*Import & Logistics*

Coordinate with customs and clearing agents for import clearance.

Handle documentation for shipments, including invoices, CoA, packing lists, and declarations.

Maintain communication between Shree GmbH (Switzerland) and local logistics partners.


*Business Development*

Identify and onboard distributors, pharmacies, and wellness retailers.

Research and develop new market opportunities across cosmetic, therapeutic, and wellness segments.

Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and support marketing campaigns.

Operations & Administration

Support in setting up the initial India office operations.

Manage vendor relationships, quotations, and supply chain tracking.

Work closely with leadership on project timelines and status reporting.


*Requirements*


Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).

2–5 years of experience in import/export operations.

Pharma or healthcare experience is a plus

an understanding of CDSCO registration, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to draft professional correspondence.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently with international teams.
